my talk

This page is very important for the functionality of Debatepedia and other wikis, as it is where you can communicate with other members of the community. You can respond on your own talk page below the comment (with an indentation) or the talk page of the other user. The Stars in the Bible versus the Quran

A Goat Stamped upon the Stars in the Bible versus the positions of the Stars in the Quran

The Bible says that a Goat cast down some of the stars to the ground and stamped upon them. Also, the Bible says that the stars of the sky fell to the earth like green figs falling from a tree shaken by a strong wind On the other hand, the Quran talks about the topic of the positions of the Stars and says that it is a great issue if we know!

The Stars, they are mentioned 35 times in the Bible and 9 times in the Quran.

Daniel 8:8-10 (King James Version) says:

Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven. And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land. And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.

I addition, Revelation 6:13 (King James Version) says:

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

On the other hand, you can find The Creator's mighty swear in the Quran. Surah 56: 75-76 says: "Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars and I swear with their positions, And that is indeed a mighty adjuration (great swear) if ye but knew,"

As far as I know, There are 100,000,000,000 (100 Billion) Stars in the Milky Way, of which some 50 Million are cataloged.

Up my knowledge, which is admittedly limited in Astronomy, to plot "all the Stars in our galaxy" is undoubtedly impossible. Hence, to determine the positions of the Stars is a very big issue that is out of human competence. Now, do you realize and accept the value of Allah ' swear by the positions of the Stars.

Now, there are two questions: 1) Is the Quran quoted from the Bible? 2) Which book contradicts with the science?
